By using JustDropFile you agree to these terms. They are short because the service is simple.

The service

JustDropFile provides a browser-based, peer to peer file transfer. Files travel directly between the participating devices and are not stored by us. The service is provided free of charge.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to transfer material that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the recipient's, that infringes someone else's rights, or that is intended to harm the recipient or their device. We cannot see what is transferred, and we rely on you to use the tool lawfully.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Transfers can fail on networks that block peer connections, and there is no resume. Keep your original file until the recipient confirms they have it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AG Consulting & Development LLC is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the service, including lost or corrupted transfers.

Intellectual property

The JustDropFile name, site design, and code are the property of AG Consulting & Development LLC. Files you transfer remain yours.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
